Bermuda—Tucker’s Point Hotel & Spa opens on April 1, but future guests will get a sneak peek of the Hotel experience when its signature restaurant, The Point, opens this coming February 14 – Valentine’s Day 2009. With one of The Discovery Channel’s “Great Chefs of the World” – Tucker’s Point Executive Chef Serge Bottelli – at the helm, the fine dining room will be Tucker’s Point Hotel & Spa’s signature dining experience.
The Point’s opening, just prior to the Hotel & Spa’s debut, is the first of a range of dining options to be had on site. Other epicurean experiences, ranging from the casual to the sophisticated, include:
The Library, located just off the lobby, overlooks CastleIslands, and is the perfect spot for afternoon tea or after-dinner drinks, serving coffee, tea, espresso and pastries on fine china. (Seating for 22);
The Mahogany Grille offers casual grilled fare overlooking the Palm Court Pool and Coffee Chine grotto;
The Tucker’s Point Beach Club and Golf Club restaurants as well as 24-hour room service will be available to all guests.
