To enhance our service, there are 3 dedicated representatives that will personally meet flights and work with flight crews regarding specific menu requests, ware washing, linens and anything else that is needed to ensure that the passengers are thrilled with service.
Leading that team is Michael Curtis (Mick), Operations Manager with 18 years in-flight experience; Simon O’Callaghan, Client Liaison with 22 years in-flight experience at Luton; and Mary Pinkstone, Client Liaison with 20 years experience in food service.
