Ojai Valley Inn & Spa welcomes Carolyn Robb, former chef to Prince Charles and Lady Diana, on Thursday, May 28th for a four-course feast paired with biodynamic wines. Ojai’s own executive chef Jamie West will assist her with the gourmet dinner, which will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the resort’s Maravilla Restaurant.
The Ojai Gourmand Series continues in regal fashion with organic chef Carolyn Robb. Inspired by her mother, Carolyn began cooking at an early age and dreamed of one day running the kitchens for the Queen of England. She went on to graduate from the Cordon Bleu, then moved to Kensington Palace and became the chef to The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. Two years later, Carolyn was offered the position of chef to TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales. After a 13 year career with the Royal family, Ms. Robb now offers an array of services to the culinary world as a consultant and guest chef.
