Valentine’s Day Dinner
At Silks, the hotel’s signature restaurant, a special Valentine’s Day menu prepared by executive chef Rick Bartram will be offered on two nights, Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14, 2010. The six-course prix fixe menu features such items as tandoori Sonoma quail with cucumber spaghetti, mint raita, toasted pine nuts; celeriac veloute; sweet butter poached maine lobster; slow roasted rib-eye with pan-fried foie gras, chanterelles, glazed baby carrots, potato confit; California cheese plate; raspberry mille feuille with Champagne sorbet. The price is USD 125 per person or USD 195 per person with sommelier selected wine pairings with each course.
