Luxury travel is all about indulgence. From food fit for royalty to nearly incalculable linen thread-counts, your travels are designed to cater to the passions that define you. The Dorchester Collection understands this, unveiling two brand-new, bespoke fitness programs design to meet each and every demand of the on-the-go wellness junkie.
First up is The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air’s newly introduced “Lifestyle by Scott Crawford” program. Developed in conjunction with California’s SOMA Get Fit founder Scott Crawford, the individualized wellness sessions include everything from local hikes to yoga to horseback riding and are designed to help participants “Get Fit, Feel Good and Have Fun” by working one-on-one with a dedicated team of fitness coaches. Remember to book your “Lifestyle by Scott Crawford” getaways well in advance, however, for the personalized program is already in high demand (hotel policy requires all reservations to be placed at least five days in advance).
For those who appreciate and thrive on the privacy of an in-room workout, London’s 45 Park Lane hotel and UK fitness expert Matt Roberts have partnered to create a workout fitness program available and tailored to all hotel guests. The new in-room fitness channel offers a selection of professionally led workouts designed and narrated by Roberts and will give guests ample opportunity to utilize the complimentary yoga mats and Brompton exercise bikes located in each room. The experience needn’t end with check-out though, thanks to ‘Exercise Matt at 45 Park Lane Fitness Pack,’ a step-by-step training technique program that allows guests to pursue their wellness from the comfort of their own home.
So come fall, don’t let your summer form slip. See the world and stay in shape with The Dorchester Collection and their new cutting-edge fitness programs.
