London, UK – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine
Empyrean by Air Charter Service has unveiled its first jet card, the Lindbergh Card. The name honors legendary aviator Charles Lindbergh, the first man to fly solo across the Atlantic. Aimed at high net worth individuals, sports stars, celebrities, royalty and corporate executives, the Lindbergh Card offers holders worldwide private air travel on any one of 50,000 aircraft, within 24 hours’ notice.
The pre-pay card allows HNWIs to travel on impulse, skipping the bureaucracy often involved in flying private. After one phone call or email, Lindbergh Card holders can be in the air in a matter of hours or even minutes. The card requires an upfront payment of £50,000, after which holders add more credit as necessary and use the credit at their leisure.
Cardholders are assigned a personal account manager with access to a global network of offices and aircraft from private jets and helicopters, to airliners for larger groups. With no peak-day restrictions, the Lindbergh Card can be used even during popular travel periods. A reward system benefits cardholders the more they fly.
The card is endorsed by Charles Lindbergh’s grandson, Erik, himself a lifelong aviator.
“The Lindbergh Card is an exciting development for people who desire the freedom of effortless world travel,” said Erik Lindbergh. “The Lindbergh Card sets a new standard for the industry by allowing its holders to charter a private aircraft to travel to and from any part of the world without penalty, extra cost or added bureaucracy.”
