Vicenza, Italy—Reported by D.J. Larsen for Elite Traveler, Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine
Fope Gioielli displayed a passion and flare for fine jewelry as they previewed their new Air creations at Vicenzaoro Fall 2012. Showcasing two different bracelets in Silverfope, a combination of original mesh design and flexibility typical of Flex’it, the brand proved that the Air bracelets’ technical features and bold sizing created groundbreaking and matchless works of jewelry.
The collection is slated to become a development model for future Fope collections, but so far only gold collections have been able to be characterized by such flexibility and extensibility. The pieces’ popularity both in Italy and abroad convinced Fope to apply that flexibility even to the new creations in silver and palladium alloy.
The brand from Vicenza is also on the forefront of creation protection. Studio Bonini, which deals with the registration of Fope’s patents, took part in Trieste Next, a European show dedicated to scientific research and new technologies applied to business development. One of the main themes of this event, which took place in September, is the safeguard of innovative ideas through protection tools allowing high-tech projects to enter foreign markets safely.
