One of the jewelry industry’s top trade shows, Centurion, took place this past week in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, with leading jewelers from around the world rolling out their new collections for retailers and few select media outlets.
I had the chance to sit down with talented jewelry designer Ilaria Lanzoni, who recently joined the team at Hearts on Fire, for a sneak peek at some of her new designs. With the brand’s reputation for its perfectly cut, dazzling diamonds, Lanzoni had some pretty spectacular raw material to work with. I was especially excited to see a renewed focus on high end fashion jewelry—think feminine, easy-to-layer pieces perfect for daytime wear—in addition to Hearts on Fire’s bestselling bridal lines.

Amidst all the sparkle, one of the standout pieces for me was this show-stopping ring (appropriately named the “Rockstar”) from the new Illa collection, which centers around a star motif. It’s a fitting symbol—these baubles are ready and waiting for their red carpet debut.
