Seabourn launches four new Penthouse Spa Suites on its Quest, and announces plans to add them to its Odyssey and Sojourn ships.
Quest’s new suites are located directly above the Spa at Seabourn. Guests can enter the suites via spiral staircase in the middle of the spa lobby to enjoy unlimited access to the spa’s Serene Area and concierge services
Norwegian firm Yran & Storbraaten designed the suites, which have 516 – 538-square-foot interiors, plus 172-square-foot private verandas with views over the ship’s stern and the sea. Interiors include a living and dining area with seating for four, separate bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with tub and spa shower and a glass door alongside floor-to-ceiling windows onto the veranda.
Guests in the penthouse spa suites can select their own personal beverages and a calming fragrance to be diffused throughout the suite. Relaxing, soothing spa music becomes the soundtrack for the suite. Guests can continue the spa experience from the privacy of their bathrooms, which have a new menu of Molton Brown specialty spa products.
Chinese reflexology, aromatherapy, and Thai massages are just some of the treatments available at the Spa at Seabourn. Besides the high-tech exercise equipment available in the fitness center, Seabourn offers a variety of fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, and tai chi, as well as having personal trainers on staff to develop personalized workout regimens for guests.
