From 8 to 13 October 2013, Lobster Bar and Grill at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents Italian Chef Alfio Ghezzi of the Michelin-starred Locanda Margon, restaurant of the Ferrari Winery, Italy, who will introduce privileged guests to his trademark dishes
Diners of Lobster Bar and Grill will have the chance to set out on a voyage to discover the Italian flavors encapsulating Chef Ghezzi’s innovative flair and avant-garde approach to cooking. Apart from utilizing the signature wines from the Ferrari Winery in the cooking, a variety of wines from the Ferrari Winery will also be presented to pair with these delectable dishes.
On 10 October, a special wine dinner will also be held for wine connoisseurs, complete with a four-course menu marrying a series of flagship wines from the Ferrari Winery.
“Food is a universal language, and I feel blessed that I am able to use food as a medium to convey my affection for Italian food on a plate to my customers from around the world,” said Chef Ghezzi, “and I get to do this for a living!”
