Luxury launches website VeryFirstTo.com has created a film buff’s ultimate trip.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity offers couples the chance to visit many of the most iconic film locations in the world – the box office smash is available for £198,000 ($300,000).
Each lucky couple will visit and experience 20 of the world’s most iconic film locations in ten countries.
Private guided tours will enable them to relive scenes from classic films, including: having more of “what she is having,” at Katz’s deli (When Harry Met Sally), or Breakfast at Tiffany’s in New York; marching the rugged landscape of Glencoe in Scotland (Braveheart); falling in love at the romantic Trevi Fountain, Italy (La Dolce Vita); enjoying the streets of Montmartre, Paris (Amélie); and being absorbed by the magic of the Wudang Monastery, China (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon).
Round-trip business class flights transport the couple around the globe with stays in the suites of world class hotels, including Hotel Bel Air (Los Angeles); Gleneagles Hotel (Scotland); Four Seasons (Paris) and the Mandarin Oriental (Tokyo) amongst other stunning destinations.
The three-month film pilgrimage is being managed in partnership with luxury travel company, Unmissable®.
Marcel Knobil, founder of Superbrands, Cool Brandleaders and VeryFirstTo, says: “From prison; to deli; to jewellery shop; beach; palace; bookshop; church; to huge expanses of natural beauty – each place is iconic in its own way and we are delighted to be able to weave each of these locations in one uber luxurious trip.”
A donation of £1,000 will be made to the Prince’s Trust for each trip purchased.
