Mixing science with tradition, this drink is a twist on the old ‘Dark ‘n’ Stormy’ with a sharp rum-based bottom and a sweet and spicy ginger beer foam on top. The sweetest of seasonal treats.
Red Edition
brightcove.createExperiences();
A real house favourite! Beaumet Brut Champagne with the addition of Cherry Heering and a dash of cranberry juice.
Plus it’s never too early to get into the festive spirit, with £1 from every Red Edition is donated to Starlight.
The Coquettier
brightcove.createExperiences();
This drink is classically an aperitif and would originally be a bit drier. Babylon’s version is made sweeter and richer with a festive fig infusion and perfectly complements a dark chocolate dessert or works as a digestive on its own or with an espresso. Ideal for warming cold winter bones.
