European footwear and accessories retailer Carlo Pazolini will soon unveil its third and fourth New York City locations in midtown Manhattan.
Both new stores, located at 1131 Third Avenue and 555 Madison Avenue respectively, will offer men’s and women’s footwear, handbags and accessories for $175 – $450.
Both locations were also planned in partnership with Milan-based Takeda Katsuya Design, a firm that has supplied interior, product and architectural design for luxury clients including Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci.
Each store is based off the concept ‘Salon of Memories’ fusing vintage-inspired copper materials with contemporary design in a modern atmosphere to create a feeling of nostalgia.
At 1,776 sq. ft. Third Avenue will maximize the location of the shop, positioned on a corner lot at 66th St. Frames of copper create characteristic visual impact as they shine from inside five show windows.
At the 1,973 sq. ft. Madison Avenue location, Takeda Katsuya makes good use of the deep space between 55th and 56th St. with a pattern of mirrors and arched copper chandeliers on a drop ceiling to create a multiplying effect and strong visual merchandising.
Now with over 230 brick-and-mortar locations worldwide, Carlo Pazolini encompasses all the best of Italian tradition combined with high-quality materials creating a distinctive, clearly identifiable style since its inception in 1990.
