Restaurant Amuse Perth

Awarded Restaurant of the Year by the Australian Hotels Association, this fine dining establishment created innovative tasting menus dictated by what is freshest each  season. Owners Hadleigh and Carolynn Troy’s strong ties with local growers ensures only the best, seasonal produce will be served in Restaurant Amuse’s elegant, serene setting.

Voyager Estate Margaret River

The restaurant of this stunning estate winery is manned by Executive Chef Nigel Harvey, who creates menus highlighting the magical marriage between food and wine that is well-paired. MUST DO: The Discovery Menu invites diners to come on a journey that reveals the Voyager Estate story through six beautifully paired courses will inform and leave your palate singing. Alternatively, the Vintage Menu encourages  guests to choose courses from a seasonal menu.

Nobu Perth

The Master of Japanese cuisine, Nobu Matsuhisa, brings his signature fusion cuisine to the Crown Perth Hotel. Several omakase menus can be savored along with views of Swan River and Perth’s majestic  skyline in the main dining room or one of two, private rooms, complete with private balconies and restrooms.

The Club Restaurant , Broome

This award-winning restaurant is one of several fine dining offerings at the Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa features exquisite artwork, a Club Deck for pre-dinner aperitifs and an Italian-inspired menu of gourmet delights. The menu highlights local ingredients such as Broome Pearl Meat and Cone Bay Barramundi, while the extensive wine list  offers diners top bottles from around the globe.
