TOWN Fifth Avenue and The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York have launched The Pierre Hotel Residences portfolio, the most expensive rental property in Manhattan.
The ten Grand Suites will include the record breaking $500,000 per month full 39th Floor.
The property is listed by Therese Bateman and Andres Perea-Garzon of TOWN Fifth Avenue. The full 39th floor, which includes the famed Presidential Suite, has never before been offered for extended periods of time. Comprising 4,786 square feet of living space, the floor includes a formal living room, formal dining room, sitting room, 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and incomparable views of Central Park and Manhattan’s picturesque East and West skylines. At $500,000, this is the most expensive rental property not only in the borough, but arguably the world.
“With a location recognized around the world as the epicenter of luxury, the availability of this remarkable property meets an unmet demand for large rental apartments with terms that cater to the specific needs of each individual,” Ms Bateman said.
The Pierre Hotel Residences have access to The Pierre’s bespoke luxury services including the Taj Royal Attaché butler service, 24/7 Concierge, maid service, and the hotel’s chauffeur-driven Jaguar.
“We are delighted to be working with TOWN Fifth Avenue to launch The Pierre Hotel Residences, our flexible term luxury leasing program,” said Heiko Kuenstle, General Manager of The Pierre. “Guests will be able to stay with us for an extended period of time and have sole access to the full Presidential Suite floor in its entirety, as never experienced before.”
The Pierre Hotel Residences portfolio includes ten Grand Suites ranging in price from $75,000 to $500,000 per month.
