Dom Pérignon is no ordinary champagne house – and Lenny Kravitz is no ordinary rockstar, so it comes as no surprise that he has joined the iconic champagne house as the first-ever creative director and photographer.
While Dom Pérignon is no stranger to working with artists (the house has collaborated with artists such as Jeff Koons, Martin Riedel and Tokujin Toshioka), it has launched a photography exhibit with Kravitz featuring all original photography by the Grammy Award winner.
The exhibit, aptly named “Assemblage,” features a group of talented artists, actors and filmmakers, including his daughter, Zoë Kravitz, Alexander Wang, Susan Sarandon, Benjamin Millepied and Harvey Keital, among others, enjoying a dinner party at Kravitz’s Los Angeles home earlier this year. The inspiration behind the series was to welcome talented people in all mediums and ages to come together for the creative good. Celebrating the “Power of Inspiration,” the images celebrate the joy of being together, creating ideas and having fun.
The weeklong exhibit will be held at the Skylight Modern in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood from September 29 through October 6.
