Balcony Suite - hiresTucked away from the hustle and bustle of The Big Smoke, London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square redefines elegant living in the heart of London. Home to maze, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, the hotel now offers a food lover’s city-break haven, thanks to the launch of its maze Luxury Dining Package, in order to celebrate its connection to fine-dining and luxurious cuisine.

Originally a stately townhouse, the hotel is now home to 217 rooms and 20 suites, including eight Balcony Suites. Each boasts an inward-facing terrace, a four-poster bed with plush bedding, multiple fireplaces and a marble bathroom. Combining the perfect blend of traditional grandeur with relaxing home comforts, the suite also offers a private balcony and a shared landscaped garden – a green oasis that is usually a rarity in London.

Sharing an entrance with its younger sister maze Grill, the warmly-lit restaurant is relaxed and accessible – easily seating well over fifty people – yet provides an intimate and personal experience.

Inspired by the grill rooms of Manhattan, the restaurant retains a distinctive British approach, while dishes are perfectly paired with a selection of cocktails – or mocktails – by the sommelier.

The delectable French and Asian influenced seven-course menu includes ponzu and pickled mooli, foie gras mousse with cherries, smoked duck and almonds, carabineros a la panache, duck ‘les dombes’, artichoke, endive and button mushrooms, rhubarb yogurt with lychee, as well as hazelnut chocolate parfait, marmalade and mint ice-cream.

Foodies will also be able to enjoy a private kitchen tour of maze, before enjoying a continental breakfast the following morning in maze Grill, as well as access to the Executive Lounge throughout their stay.

The maze Luxury Dining Package is available to book until 31 December 2016 and is price from $930 (£699) per night, based on two sharing a room and subject to availability.
