Fendi’s first-ever luxury condominium is set to open the third quarter of 2016.
The Miami waterfront complex is the only fashion-branded condominium in the world. With incredible world-class design and a prime location, The Fendi Château Residences boasts two outdoor swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a private restaurant with full chef’s kitchen for casual and formal dining, a Jacuzzi and dedicated elevators into private foyers for all residences.
Located in the upcoming town of Surfside and steps from Bal Harbour, the Fendi Château Residences, located at 9349 Collins Avenue, Surfside, FL feature expansive floor plans, panoramic views, stylized interiors curated by Fendi Casa, private amenities and exclusive five-star white glove concierge services.
Residents also have access to the 24 hour concierge, a doorman and valet services. The property offers both indoor and outdoor luxury amenities only available to Fendi Château residences, including state-of-the art fitness center overlooking the ocean, private spa with an indoor European thermal pool, private cinema and business and media center, kids’ club and Shabbat elevators. In addition to two reflective pools, the property also features poolside cabanas while the three luxury penthouses feature private rooftop sundecks and swimming pools.

The Residences range in prices from $6 to $25 million. The 12-story building features 58 flow-through residences ranging from 3,325 to over 7,000 square feet with 10 to 11 foot-high ceilings and range from three to five bedrooms.
The project is in collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, and also the first of its kind in the U.S. real estate market. It has been reported the property has attracted a diverse, global clientele and topping record closings with only a few units left.
