TAG Farnborough Airport has undergone a recent transformation with a new and upgraded award-winning terminal in order to take advantage of the increasing demand.
The latest investment in infrastructure has seen TAG Farnborough introduce a number of features to help enhance the customer experience, including an additional snooze room for passengers as well as enhances crew facilities including a gymnasium and a second “snooze room”.
Earlier this year the airport also opened a second fast-track entrance to the site for the exclusive use of passengers and crew, adding to the list of amenities already on offer, including concierge services and direct ramp access for customers wanting to drive up to waiting jets.
Brandon O’Reilly, TAG Farnborough Airport’s CEO, commented: “We receive feedback from our customers on a regular basis which enables us to identify ways to better serve them. The ongoing investment in our facilities underpins our commitment to further improving the airport experience for passengers and crew.”
In addition to the new improvements inside the airport, The Swan – a new gastropub owned by TAG Group – opened last month. It is located on the perimeter of the airport and offers stylish and contemporary facilities including the Brasserie, One Eleven and the Sky Bar, all of which provide a space for passengers and crew to relax before travel.
Brandon O’Reilly added: “These conveniently located facilities together with our tailored airport services make TAG Farnborough Airport the one-stop-shop of choice for business aviation customers travelling through London.”
Both The Swan and Aviator provide unique views of the air displays during the biennial Farnborough International Airshow.
