The restaurant offers contemporary French cuisine in modern and elegant décor along with professional and friendly service, for a new approach to fine dining. Current seasonal dishes on the à la carte menu include delectable wild sea bass with citrus, Swiss chard and aubergine relish, and saddle of venison ‘Grand-Veneur’ or great hunter, which comes with pumpkin, quince and salsify. Private dining is also a must-try experience here, with the ‘Table Lumière’ experience offering guests the opportunity to dine off Hermès china in an alcove shimmering with light.
