Firestone Management Group, a boutique private jet advisory practice which focuses on assisting multinational private jet organizations interested in penetrating the emerging markets of Asia-Pacific, releases a current update on the private jet landscape within Mainland China including the Special Administrative Regions (SAR) of Hong Kong and Macau. This is the first of what will become a bi-annual release from the Firestone Management Group.

“Never before has actual data been released beyond rough estimates. The global private jet community now has a current snapshot of the total number of private jets actually registered in Greater China today,” says Justin Lee Firestone, Managing Director of Firestone Management Group. “This is significant because it allows our industry an opportunity to conduct targeted analysis of the constantly changing dynamics and competitive landscape of the emerging market of Greater China.”

As of Jan. 15, 2011 there are currently a combined total of 116 private jets registered in China, including Hong Kong and Macau.
