Signature Flight Support has continued its expansion into Italy through the acquisition of a share of Prime Aviation Services S.p.A. from SEA Prime S.p.A. This joint venture adds four locations to Signature’s European network, including the newly-renovated FBO in Milan-Linate (LIML/LIN) and satellite stations in Milan-Malpensa (LIMC/MXP), Rome-Ciampino (LIRA/CIA) and Venice Marco-Polo (LIPZ/VCE).
Signature Flight Support’s locations now total 31 FBOs in EMEA, with representation in nine of the top 25 European airports in terms of business and general aviation activity. The newly acquired FBOs will be fully-branded Signature Flight Support locations, adding to Signature’s network of 199 locations worldwide.
The Milan-Linate (LIN) FBO offers VIP passenger handling with superior lounge accommodations, customs and immigration assistance, ground transportation, hotel and conference coordination and VIP security services as well as fuel services. Flight support services include: catering, laundry services, aircraft cleaning, and maintenance support. Rome-Ciampino (LIRA/CIA) and Venice Marco-Polo (LIPZ/VCE) airports provide ground handling, VIP lounges and fuel services.
