Ceviche and Champagne Experience Offers a Fresh Take on Seafood in Cabo

Located along the exclusive white sand beaches of Playa Solmar in Cabo San Lucas and named after the founder of Solmar Hotels & Resorts, Don Luis Restaurant at Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa is pleased to announce new offerings for foodies including a Ceviche & Champagne Experience and family-style dinner menus, which change nightly.

Guests of Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa can now enjoy an extensive selection of fresh ceviche prepared tableside on the oceanfront terrace of Don Luis Restaurant each Monday, Wednesday & Friday, from 1pm – 4pm. Specialties include Baja, Acapulco and Peruvian styled ceviche, as well as Sea Bass, Salmon, Octopus, Scallop, Tuna and even Vegetable ceviche varieties. A selection of fresh seafood cocktails as well as Sashimi, Sushi Rolls, and Nigiri are additionally available. All menu items are accompanied by a recommended wine or champagne pairing. As seating is limited, reservations for the Ceviche and Champagne Experience are requested and can be made with the Resort concierge.

Additionally, Don Luis recently rolled out themed dinner menus which change nightly and focus on something the resort prides itself on – family. Each night of the week, with the exception of Tuesday when the restaurant is closed, featured culinary themes include Lobster and Seafood, Steak and Grill, and Shrimp and Pasta among others. Guests order an entrée from these specialty menus and a selection of appetizers and desserts as prepared by the chef to compliment your meal are served ‘family-style.
