Cancun’s Le Blanc Spa Resort, a premier all-inclusive property by Palace Resort, has announced a new menu for Lumiere, the hotel’s most exclusive restaurant.
Serving French-fusion cuisine in an elegant yet chic ambiance at this AAA Five Diamond Award recipient resort, Lumiere stuns with sleek modern décor and dramatic lighting.
Under the direction of new Executive Chef Marco Cázares, Lumiere’s chefs prepare unique dishes that showcase classic Gallic techniques and recipes infused with Mexican and Asian flavors.
Harmonized textures, flavors and smells make this menu promising for even the most discerning of palates. Executive Chef Marco Cázares, renowned in his native Mexico, fuses traditional flavors with a modern twist to create mouthwatering creations. Some of his latest dishes include a tuna fish duo with annatto sauce and parsley butter, and his signature green rice bitoque (a Portuguese steak) with cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander foam.
In addition to these options, the most exotic new delicacies at Lumiere include an exquisite smoked duck terrine gelled with duck broth, a slow butter-cooked langoustine, a carefully-crafted lobster ravioli with basil leaves and cheese perfumed with tangerine, and to finish with a sweet bite, a light white chocolate mousse with a hazelnut sponge, raspberry jelly, and citrus macaroon drops.
Transcending what diners typically expect from an all-inclusive resort, Le Blanc’s Lumiere vaunts an intimate dining room that seats just 46 guests at a time, offering a personalized culinary experience where each dish is more delicious and inventive than the last.
Diners may order from the a la carte menu or opt for a sumptuous seven-course tasting menu, which includes a series of small dishes, all featuring distinct seasonal ingredients and exquisite entrées.
To upscale the experience, the restaurant’s sommelier will guide guests to select the perfect wine from Lumiere’s extensive selection of highly rated vintages from around the world.
Due to the exclusivity of this culinary escapade, guests are required to make reservations. Lumiere is open for dinner every day from 6pm to 10.30pm.
