The highly anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Montreal opened this past summer in the city’s Golden Square Mile, which is home to luxury shopping, contemporary art galleries and historical gems. The next phase, the Private Residences, is nearing completion.
The development has two penthouses, and the four-bedroom Penthouse 1 is the largest at 6,910 sq ft with a sizable 2,059-sq-ft outdoor terrace, ideal for entertaining. It has high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that dramatically open the space and welcome spectacular views of Montreal’s skyline.
Integrated technology, such as the Lutron control system, easily regulates the temperature and lighting, and adjusts the motorized shades with the touch of a button. The engineered wood floors are designed with a unique acoustic-reduction layer for reduced noise between each level.
Residences are designed by Montreal-based interior designer Philip Hazan, who incorporated a gray-and-white color palette with Italian marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, paired with oversized furniture and sculptural light fixtures.
Residents will have access to all hotel amenities, including a 24-hour residential concierge, spa, fitness center and private pools.
