Amazónico Monte-Carlo transports diners to a vibrant rainforest setting steps from the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Created by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the restaurant's design, with its lush tropical decor, offers a multi-sensory experience. The menu draws inspiration from the Amazon region, interwoven with Asian and Mediterranean influences, featuring everything from sushi to charcoal-cooked meats. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of Casino Square and the Golden Square, creating a perfect setting for enjoying champagne. The restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere, with live Latin jazz in the main dining area and a DJ spinning tropical beats in the bar and lounge. As of February 2025, Amazónico Monte-Carlo does not have any Michelin stars.
