The Restaurant
Perched atop The Marmara Pera Hotel, Mikla offers not only visionary interpretations of Turkish cuisine but also arguably the best views in Istanbul. Since opening in 2005, chef Mehmet Gürs has been at the forefront of Istanbul's dining scene, championing what he calls the New Anatolian Kitchen, which combines tradition with innovation. The restaurant proudly showcases the incredible diversity of Turkish produce, utilizing only the finest local ingredients. Mikla earned a Michelin star in both 2023 and 2024, a testament to its high-quality cooking.
