The Restaurant
FZN by Björn Frantzén, located in Dubai's Atlantis The Palm, brings chef Björn Frantzén's acclaimed culinary vision to the Middle East. Inspired by his three-Michelin-starred restaurants Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, FZN offers a modern European fine dining experience with subtle Japanese influences. The intimate, two-story space accommodates only 27 guests, ensuring an exclusive and immersive tasting menu. The restaurant's design, a collaboration with Bishop Design, features Swedish craftsmanship and offers stunning views of the Dubai skyline. Executive chef Torsten Vildgaard leads the kitchen, presenting a tasting menu that showcases the finest seasonal ingredients sourced globally, with a focus on local herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers. The wine cellar boasts over 1,200 labels, complementing the tasting menu.
