The Restaurant
A pioneer of Cantonese fine dining in London, Hakkasan has been a mainstay on the city’s dining scene since 2001. Dark and sultry with flashes of crimson and cobalt, Hakkasan’s dining room is as swanky as its preceding reputation. The restaurant is spread across two floors, but ask for a table downstairs if you’re after a buzzy atmosphere. The famous Peking duck – served with caviar for a proper taste of out-and-out luxury – remains Hakkasan’s signature, but for a more casual bite, make use of the lunch-only dim sum offering or the weekend set brunch. The wine list is extensive, but don’t skip the creative cocktails.
