Pierre’s is Bridgehampton’s answer to a French seaside bistro: charming, welcoming and always buzzing. Chef-owner Pierre Weber has created an atmosphere that recalls the glamour of Saint-Tropez, from vintage posters and marble-topped tables to a menu filled with Gallic favorites like steak frites, seafood platters and artisan pastries.
