Located within the Grand Lisboa Hotel, The Eight presents a luxurious Cantonese dining experience. The lavish interior incorporates goldfish motifs and the number eight, both symbols of good fortune. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars as of 2024. The menu showcases traditional Cantonese cuisine crafted with quality ingredients, with over forty kinds of dim sum available during lunchtime. The head chef adds a contemporary spin to familiar dishes using imported produce, such as Japanese chillies and Australian lobster.
