The Restaurant
Ocean, the flagship restaurant of Vila Vita Parc in Porches, offers a dining experience that marries culinary artistry with breathtaking Atlantic vistas. Since 2011, Ocean has maintained its two Michelin stars, a testament to chef Hans Neuner's dedication to contemporary Portuguese gastronomy. The dining room, with its elegant decor of golden, white, and blue tones, provides a theatrical ambiance, enhanced by striking Murano glass accents. Neuner, who has been at the helm since 2007, draws inspiration from his travels and Portugal's Age of Discoveries, creating tasting menus that blend local flavors with global influences. The restaurant is currently taking a winter break and will reopen with a new menu on March 5.
