The Restaurant
Located on the fifth floor of The Mandala Hotel, FACIL presents itself as a culinary oasis amidst the urban energy of Berlin. Since opening in July 2001, the restaurant has offered a refreshing combination of elegantly light fare accented by purist luxury and modern avant-garde sensibilities. The dining room provides a serene escape, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that create an airy, garden-like atmosphere, enhanced by bamboo accents. Culinary director Michael Kempf and chef de cuisine Joachim Gerner craft creative dishes rooted in classical techniques, skillfully integrating Asian and Mediterranean influences. FACIL currently holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its exceptional cuisine and service.
