As part of its 120-year anniversary, jewelry manufactory Wellendorff is presenting its new collection in Berlin for the first time. Wellendorff is celebrating a debut: From the 15th to the 18th January, Wellendorff will be making its first appearance at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin. On the occasion of its 120-year jubilee, the family-owned company will be making an exclusive presentation of its anniversary collection in the lobby of the Hotel Adlon in Berlin.

The international stage in Berlin for fashion and lifestyle will be drawing fashionistas, trade visitors and media representatives alike to the German capital. Shows by top fashion labels and up-and-coming young designers will be giving insight into trends for the coming season. Wellendorff will be presenting the jewellery sets special to its anniversary collection within this ambiance. It will be the first time ever that a jewellery manufactory will be in attendance with a presentation at the Berlin Fashion Week.

“Berlin, Fashion Week and Hotel Adlon are ideal platforms for us to showcase our jewelry pieces,” says Christoph Wellendorff. “The combination of the latest trends with values to last a lifetime creates just the right range of tension for the 2013 fashion year – and it is precisely this tension that makes it so attractive.”

The Wellendorff jewelry manufactory was founded in 1893 in Pforzheim, Germany, by Ernst Alexander Wellendorff, the Wellendorff jewellery manufactory is today a family owned and operated company in the fourth generation and stands for masterful goldsmith artistry made in Germany as well as for Genuine Values. Each piece is created in Pforzheim and signed with the House Logo, a diamond-crowned W.

The German manufactory is known for its Wellendorff strands intricately woven of wafer-thin gold wire and for its spinning Wellendorff rings made of colorful enamel and featuring artistic designs, ornamentation and diamonds. Wellendorff is represented globally by a network of leading jewellers and at nine boutiques in Germany, Vienna, Hong Kong, Beijing and San Francisco.
