Jet Set Candy Commemorates Travel With Personal Jewelry

By Neharika Padala

Forget tacky shot glasses and trite t-shirts as traditional tourist trinkets, now there is a luxurious new way to commemorate your travels with Jet Set Candy.

Launching this FW14, this charm-ing and personal jewelry collection will represent your travels both near and far and will journey with you forever.  Founder Nicole Parker King found inspiration when looking for a high-end souvenir from a memorable trip to Sri Lanka and set out to create a line of luxurious mementos designed  to help you “collect your adventures” from around the world.

The Jet Set Candy line includes over 100 whimsical original charms, representing six continents and 33 countries.  Many of the charms have moving parts, ie. a Rajasthani puppet from India, a windmill from Amsterdam or miniature handcuffs from Las Vegas etched with “What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas.”  Globetrotters can also collect mini “luggage tag” charms bearing international airport codes from more than 50 airports around the world.
