Sultry Sofia Vergara and her fiancé Nick Loeb enjoyed a tropical getaway to The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, where the Modern Family star’s real family joined in on the holiday celebration at the resort located in an exclusive community along the shores of the Riviera Nayarit that has become a fave for Hollywood celebs, including Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez, Tori Spelling, Kristin Chenoweth, Sam Trammell, Julia Stiles and Felicity Huffman & William H. Macy.
Also joining Vergara was her son Manolo, mother Margarita and other close family members and friends. During their week stay, the group celebrated Vergara’s mother’s birthday with St. Regis’ traditional sunset Champagne Ritual followed by a private beach BBQ dinner and intimate party complete with a mariachi band and custom cake. And there was plenty of lounging at Vergara’s luxurious 1,140 square-foot Deluxe Beachfront Suite, featuring a spacious terrace, private Jacuzzi, sunbed, outdoor shower, oceanfront views, and ever-present yet unobtrusive 24-hour signature St. Regis Butler Service.
The week’s festivities continued with Christmas Eve dinner at the resort’s AAA five-star Carolina Restaurant, a private Marine Safari boat outing to Marietas Islands with Punta Mita Expeditions, tequila tasting, pampering at the resort’s 10,000 square-foot Remède Spa, beachfront backgammon, poolside cocktails and catch of the day from the Mita Mary Boat Bistro at the resort’s Sea Breeze Beach Club. Vergara and her family spent their last day in paradise soaking up the sun and danced the night away at the resort’s signature beach party featuring beats from the resident DJ.
At the end of their stay, it’s no wonder Vergara Tweeted, “We don’t want to leave St Regis Punta Mita! Perfect vacay!!”
