Set on an 840-acre estate, Adare Manor is a gorgeous Neo-Gothic manor hotel that dates back to 1862; it was the former seat of the Earl of Dunraven and Mount-Earl. Since opening as a hotel and resort in late 2017, Adare has gained a Michelin star, hosted prestigious golfing events (it is set to host the 2027 Ryder Cup), and has won countless awards. The 1,076-sq-ft Signature Suite is full of delighting details: historical tapestry wall hangings, original 19th century art, Georgian-inspired furniture, ornate archways and grand windows with views of the formal French gardens and River Maigue.
