Paris welcomed a gorgeous new hotel to its Marais district in September: Le Grand Mazarin. It’s the latest addition to Maisons Pariente’s burgeoning collection of properties dotted across France, and the company’s first Parisian address. Very much a boutique hotel, Le Grand Mazarin has just 61 rooms — the most exclusive of which is the Mazarin Suite. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the one-bedroom suite is a picture of refined elegance in shades of pale green and yellow. Every last detail has been thoughtfully chosen, from the tapestry bedspreads to the antique furnishings (some of which come from the famous Saint-Ouen flea market).
