The Suite

Named in honor of perhaps Monaco’s greatest icon, the Diamond Suite – Princess Grace is one of Elite Traveler’s Top 100 Suites for 2025. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is situated over two floors and provides a series of extra amenities that ensure it’s worthy of royalty.

Situated at the top of this famous hotel, the Diamond Suite – Princess Grace is home to two panoramic terraces, each offering a 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. The suite has a large heated infinity pool and jacuzzi in addition to an outdoor lounge. The suite’s two floors feature a pair of sitting rooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a study and a shower and hammam room. The floors are connected by a private in-suite lift.

Interiors are exceptionally contemporary, featuring little clutter and vast windows that pour light into each room and allow the incredible views to do all the talking. This continues onto the large outdoor terrace area, which features plenty of sun loungers and a wrap-around section that looks down into Port Hercule, posing as the ideal spot to host a gathering.

The dining area is equally charming and there’s also a section on the terrace that is perfect for casual alfresco meals. The entertaining capabilities continue over at the suite’s open bar and wine cellar that comes stocked with premium bottles. Food can be ordered from Michelin-starred Le Grill, or perhaps take a trip down to the wine cellar, an incredible experience exclusive to the Diamond Suite – Princess Grace.

A bedroom is located on each of the two floors, with a pair of walk-in wardrobes found on the lower floor. Those staying in the Princess Grace Suite receive luxury transfers to and from the airport or helipad, and access to the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Monte-Carlo Beach Club with a private cabana.

The Hotel

Do luxury hotels get grander than the legendary Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo? Perfectly positioned on the Golden Square, it’s more than a symbol of Monaco—it’s part of its identity. Each year, the fastest cars in the world speed past its storied facade during the Monaco Grand Prix, but the hotel is far more than a backdrop to the race.

For nearly two centuries, it has welcomed royalty, aristocrats, Hollywood icons, and heads of state. Since its opening in 1864, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has embodied glamour. Its Belle Epoque architecture still dazzles, yet the interiors have been thoughtfully updated to meet the needs of today’s discerning guests. Exclusivity is central to the experience—there are 206 guest rooms and suites, all recently renovated to the highest standard.

Guests enjoy direct access to Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, a 71,000-sq-ft spa and wellness destination. With panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the space offers a heated pool, outdoor whirlpool, solarium, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. Treatments include cutting-edge anti-aging therapies by brands such as La Prairie. There’s also L’Hirondelle, a health-focused restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Dining is a cornerstone of the hotel’s prestige. Le Louis XV—Alain Ducasse’s legendary three-Michelin-starred flagship—delivers haute cuisine in one of Europe’s most exquisite dining rooms. Meanwhile, Le Grill, perched on the rooftop, holds a Michelin star of its own and serves refined seasonal dishes with Riviera flair. For wine enthusiasts, the hotel’s cellar is a treasure trove, housing over 350,000 bottles, including rare vintages and iconic labels from the world’s most respected vineyards.
