The St. Regis Hong Kong's Presidential Suite is designed to function less like a hotel room and more like a sophisticated private residence. Situated on an upper floor, the Andre Fu design successfully captures the feeling of a contemporary Hong Kong home.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Victoria Harbour skyline, ensuring the interiors are thoroughly lit. Fu's material palette combines marble accents with warm oak and bronze fittings, complemented by bespoke furnishings throughout. The layout includes generous living and dining areas, ideal for hosting a small gathering. A fully equipped kitchen and the signature 24-hour butler service ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
The master bedroom offers a distinct local reference: the gently curved, winged headboard is capped by white lacquer panels, recalling traditional 'Wan Chai' shop shutters. The en-suite is finished entirely in marble, featuring double vanities, a large round soaking tub, and a separate rain shower. A private study and a dedicated walk-in wardrobe round out the space, covering both comfort and utility.
The Hotel
The St. Regis Hong Kong has 129 guest rooms, including 17 suites, all designed by renowned interior designer André Fu. The hotel combines classic elegance paired and a modern sensibility appealing to discerning world travelers. Expect a distinct Asian sensibility, artisanal details, wood flooring, sumptuous textiles, a muted color palette and expansive windows in each room. Of course, dedicated butler service, of which the hotel is so revered for, is available at the hotel per St. Regis tradition. Around-the-clock service continues here with room check-in, packing and unpacking, beverage service and garment pressing, to name a few.
