The Suite
Sybille de Margerie designed the Penthouse, a two-bedroom residence set high on the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat rooftop. Views of the Mediterranean and the hotel gardens are constant, especially from the wraparound terrace. This outdoor space is landscaped specifically to feel like the deck of a private yacht, complete with terracotta pots of roses, sculpted 'maquis', and a plunge pool ideal for afternoon sun.
Inside, the interiors favor a sea-washed color palette and soft curves. The main salon features a hand-painted ceiling fresco and striking mosaic-marble floors. Full-height windows ensure the Côte d'Azur light floods every room, defining the atmosphere. Both bedrooms maintain this elegant composition, defined by herringbone parquet flooring, tailored wall paneling, and subtle gilded accents that provide a sense of tailored ease.
