The Suite
The villa's architecture is structured around the water. Instead of traditional barriers, glass walls retract fully, connecting the interior directly to a sunlit terrace. Out here, the private whirlpool is positioned to visually merge with the Aegean Sea and the salt-blue horizon.
Inside, the two-level residence uses a palette of pale stone floors and warm, honey-toned woods. The main floor is entirely open-plan, combining a large, functional kitchen with the dining and lounge areas—a layout that works well for entertaining. Ascending to the private quarters, a sculptural staircase makes an architectural statement.
Throughout the space, custom furnishings, finely crafted joinery, and artisan lighting elevate the design. The layout is practical: two king bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, a walk-in wardrobe, and a convenient tea and coffee station. Crucially, private terraces extend from both levels, guaranteeing that the sea is invited into every room.
