The Suite
Accessing the Royal Penthouse at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, is done via a private lift, immediately setting the tone for this split-level residence. Positioned high above the coast, the design ensures guests never have to choose between views of the Arabian Gulf and the striking Dubai cityscape.
The interior scale is substantial, featuring a dedicated private gym and a large living room. The formal dining room, set beneath high ceilings, is built to host sixteen people comfortably.
The ultimate vantage point is the rooftop terrace. This area provides a commanding setting for evening gatherings, complete with a private pool ideal for a late-night dip or sunset cocktails. The main bedroom suite is equally generous, focusing on quiet utility: it includes a marble-clad bathroom, a steam room, and dual walk-in wardrobes. This is a residence where every primary space delivers a distinct, high-altitude perspective.
The Hotel
Located in close proximity to Four Seasons Dubai and Bulgari Dubai, the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is in good company along a prime stretch of beach. But on a street littered with luxury hotels, this one manages to stand out spectacularly. Guests are guided through the lobby by the Forest of Lights – two lines of bronze tress with leaf-shaped bulbs. You are already in a world of wonder before you check-in. Bronze trees are substituted for real, towering palms in the stretched outside lap pool (one of five swimming pools) leading to the ocean. The spa is easily on par with any other in the city while the fitness center offers beach-based fitness classes in the morning before the sun gets too strong.
