The Suite
The Janu Suite is designed around its location. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the main living area is consistently washed in natural light, framing the surrounding cityscape. For a more immediate experience of Tokyo, step out onto one of the two private balconies, which offer direct sightlines to Tokyo Tower and the new Azabudai Hills complex.
Inside, the design executes a successful blend of Eastern and Western influences. The atmosphere is genuinely calm, achieved through a sophisticated use of neutral tones and natural textiles, avoiding any sense of clutter or fuss. This is a suite built for both work and socializing. A dedicated study and library provide a necessary quiet zone for focus or unwinding. When it's time to host, the dining area seats six comfortably, supported by a full kitchen and bar counter that makes entertaining guests straightforward and efficient.
The Hotel
One of the newest additions to Tokyo’s hotel scene, Janu debuted in spring 2024 as the first property under Aman’s spin-off brand. Its ethos centers on creating meaningful connections in dynamic locations, and Azabudai Hills provides the perfect setting. The hotel features eight dining and social spaces, including a grill and a Cantonese restaurant. Enjoy a seasonal afternoon tea in the lounge or unwind at Garden Terrace with sweeping views of Tokyo Tower. Wellness is another core focus, with a 43,000-sq-ft center offering an pool and one of the largest gyms in Tokyo.
