Of them all, the Bi-Level Loft takes the top spot. Spread across two floors connected via a modern industrial-style staircase, the suite is fitted out in the style of a swanky New York loft (with a few refined touches). Think exposed brick walls and neon lights alongside plush velvet furnishings and ornate art, with an enormous double-height arched window offering views to the waterfront. 

The main bedroom is up on the mezzanine floor, but extra guests can be accommodated via a sofa bed in the main living space. Two bathrooms promise a touch of privacy, even when at maximum occupancy.
