To celebrate both the 10th anniversary and the final timepiece of the much-coveted Histoires series, which was dedicated to creating tourbillon watches with unusual high complications, Harry Winston releases a world first. The watch is equipped with four individual tourbillons that are arranged symmetrically and are visible on the dial.
They rotate once every 36 seconds and are connected via three differentials. The high precision they provide helps with chronometry. For added precision, two pairs of fast-winding barrels that are overlaid on each other and connected to the tourbillons distribute the power flow evenly. The dial is sapphire with a hollow circle for the hour markers and chapter ring.
While 10 pieces will be made in white gold and rose gold, the brand created the featured unique piece in a special alloy called Winstonium. The rectangular case with box-like sapphire crystal houses the 673-part HW4702 manual-wind movement.
