Inside the NoMad Hotel, which occupies the top four floors of Park MGM, The NoMad Restaurant is well worth a visit. The restaurant serves refined, American- and French-inspired cuisine with a modern touch and offers a sophisticated dinner venue for well-heeled travelers. The restaurant has a sexy color palette of deep reds, burgundies and browns, with red velvet leather seating and vintage-inspired light fixtures and decor. There are several rooms within the restaurant from which to enjoy its menu. Come for dinner, late-night drinks and snacks or brunch. Menu highlights include caviar service, a steak tartare prepared tableside, or a lamb tomahawk and roast chicken with truffles and foie gras. It’s known as one of the best places for an indulgent, blow-out meal. There are several types of cuisine, including plenty of seafood, pasta and meat-centric dishes, as well as the best cuts of steak. The NoMad Bar is also not to be missed for a pre-dinner cocktail or aperitivo; it’s highly regarded around the world as one of the best bars in America. We recommend trying the Maid, Amaretto Sour or one of the creative NoMad cocktails, which are given almost as much detail as the food.
