If there is a place where the catwalk meets Bali, recently opened One Eleven, a complex of 11 ultra-sleek one-bedroom villas would be it. The sexy path that leads to the accommodations looks like it is ready to be walked by a line of Dior models.
The property’s sleek black and white accordion brochure reminds more of a fashion fantasy look book than a hotel sales pitch. It’s tag line of “1 Whisper, 11 Wishes” is followed by the promise of not “over promising” yet like the seductive top model goes on to make promises anyway.
The hard product is sexy and sleek, a perfect setting for a Vogue photo shoot. “Private yet unpretentious” the brochure states and the 3,500 square foot villas each include an enclosed, private spa gazebo. Construction is with natural wood, stone and glass walls, with heavy curtains in case you want to dark out the world.
Each guest gets a private chef, you can have private yoga on your lawn or take advantage of the lap pool in each of the villas. If you want to emerge from your villa there is Shiro, a sushi and sake bar, and the Seminyak location offers plenty to do.
Is One Eleven the beautiful girl with the great personality and lots of fun to boot? Perhaps. There is even an offer to have your own private barbeque and cigar party on your patio. Could be marriage material.
