Established in St Petersburg in 1995, the Musical Olympus Festival has grown to accommodate festivals in New York, Berlin and Zurich. Taking place every year in May and June, the festival invites for participation the winners of the largest recent international competitions.
Over the years, famous musicians – including Roberto Alagna, Bobby McFerrin, Chick Corea, Yo-Yo Ma, Anna Netrebko, András Schiff, and many others – have performed at the festival. The event provides music-lovers with the priceless opportunity of hearing the world’s best young musicians accompanied by the renowned St. Petersburg orchestras in the city’s most elegant halls.
