The Vieux Port, lined with pastel colored houses and frequented by some of the world’s most impressive yachts, is without doubt the epicenter of Saint-Tropez.

The Vieux Port is a stage for those who want to be seen, while the modern marina outside the old port is much quieter, while remaining within easy reach of the town.

The marina comes into its own during one of Cannes’s famous festivals, such as the International Yachting Festival or the Royal Regatta, but especially during the Cannes Film Festival.

Outside these events, it becomes the peaceful gateway of Cannes. The marina has a heliport on site, allowing guests join a cruise halfway at Port de Cannes.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer remains popular throughout the year due to its unique natural amphitheater of hills, which shelter this small port from all weathers.

The town itself is small yet attractive, and conveniently located close to Nice and Monaco.

The historic harbor of Port Vauban is the yachting home of the French Riviera.

This impressive harbor is famous for hosting the largest superyachts in the Mediterranean, in a town bursting with seafood, seaside culture and specialist services for yachting. It is also a fantastic gateway into the some of the Rivera’s fascinating inland towns and villages, all of which are within easy reach by car. The harbor offers 19 berths equipped with modern amenities for yachts of up to 165 meters in length and a maximum draught of 7 meters.

Port de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a charming old harbor, perfectly positioned to explore Cap Ferrat and Nice.

Even in the summer months, the harbor remains a quiet spot, for its size limits the number of superyachts that can berth there. This has resulted in most superyachts dropping anchor in the bay outside, but there are berths accommodating yachts of up to 50 meters for those who book in advance.

Ports de Monaco includes Port de Fontvieille to the east of the Rock of Monaco and the larger, deepwater Port Hercule.

The latter of these is a haven of superyachts, filled throughout the summer with some of the world’s most impressive vessels. Just moments from Monte Carlo and Monaco’s heliports, Port Hercule is the only place to be in Monaco. The port comes into its own during the Monaco Grand Prix, when yachts are confined to the harbor but benefit from a premier location.
